Mangal Kasoori  Methi is made from Nagauri pan methi sourced from Nagaur, Rajasthan. Kasuri Methi is a straight India spice found in every kitchen. Kasuri Methi/Dried Fenugreek leaves are used as a flavouring spice. The taste of this spice is a bit bitter, so, it's commonly used to subside sweetness of vegetables and enhance the taste of other Indian masalas.
