A delicious union of North Indian and Moghul cuisine, Paneer Tikka Masala is a luscious blend of charcoal grille Indian cottage cheese cubes in a peppery sauce. The grilled cheese cubes are first marinated in a special combination of yoghurt and red spices and then roasted slowly in an Indian clay oven called tandoor.
